JWP partnered with Karavan Trailers as part of a larger project with the Manufacturing Business Alliance of Dodge County. In our conversations, Karavan is hungry for employees who are eager to be a part of something bigger in a small community. We talk with tradesmen in all different positions to showcase the opportunities and career paths at Karavan Trailers. Additionally, we learn about the history and the process of building a word-class trailer!
